The Recovery system was conceived for recovering production waste for the food and chemical industries.

Waste and scraps have a considerable burden on production costs, so products discarded at the beginning or end of the production cycle, products discarded due to packaging defects, and products not covered by weight tolerances, can now be fully recovered and reinserted in the production cycle.

The Recovery separates the product from the packaging material. Even the smallest fragments are separated from the product by a special vibrating sieve channel with suction nozzles.

The Recovery can be equipped with a Manes Oscillating Granulator from the SE series, in order to perform efficient and uniform granulation of the waste product. This granulator can then be connected, through pneumatic conveying, to the machine to be fed or to drums for collecting waste material.
